People fall off the bandwagon because of emotional and mental wellness in my experience. Some trigger or stressful event happens and throws you off. I have proven tips and techniques that I can teach you to keep you on track and I also will make sure I am that person for you!
I really want to be more healthier, but its so expensive... Not sure I can afford it?
For so many years I have seen people be afraid or nervous to invest in themselves and they end up doing it the hard way either through medication that causes horrible side effects, or through a hospital stay that could have been avoided with proper nutritional planning and exercise! One way or another humans will invest in themselves, just which way do you want to do it!
